All product prices displayed on the RAWA website are stated in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change from time to time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by RAWA, except where the order contains an obvious pricing or technical error.

RAWA will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Cash On Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible domestic orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders, RAWA may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

If an order cannot be verified, the customer does not respond to verification attempts or the customer repeatedly refuses or fails to accept orders, RAWA reserves the right to cancel the order and restrict future Cash on Delivery purchases.

Cash on Delivery availability and any applicable order limits may be changed by RAWA from time to time.

9. Online Payments

Where online payment methods are available, payments are processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout.

An order will only be processed once the required payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment service provider.

10. Delivery

We currently deliver orders within Pakistan through our designated courier partners.

Delivery charges, estimated delivery timelines and any applicable free delivery offers will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, please notify the courier and contact RAWA customer support as soon as possible.
